Sky Ferreira is an 18 year old singer from LA. Her debut album will be released in 2011, and I'm anticipating it. So far videos for the songs "17", "One" and "Obsession" have been released. Not only do I have her songs on repeat daily, I also think she has an awesome fashion style! Lots of the clothes she wears are vintage and she has a love for boots. And I think every girl would be jealous of her hair, it's so beautiful.

Mon Petit Trianon

Frequently requested on my past blog, pictures of my bedroom. Better late than never? I kept postponing it because my room is still not done, there are still a lot of things I want to add. But that is all gonna take forever, so here are finally some pictures! I really like my room, the blue walls give me a very calm feeling. When I just want to be alone my bedroom is the perfect place to be, because it is exactly how I want it to be.

Le Petin Trianon in the film "Marie Antoinette"

The 2006 film "Marie Antoinette" has been one of the most influential films in my life so far. It introduced me to the 18th Century, the fashion and ofcourse the rococo and neoclassical interiors. The film is not the best biographal picture of Marie Antoinette, but I see this film more as a work of art than about Marie Antoinette's life.
So, one of the big influences of this film for me are the scenes in Le Petit Trianon. It is so much lighter than the chateau and the blue walls give it a feeling of calmth. And now I'm sitting here in my blue walled bedroom, filled with white furniture, flowers and macarons. Yes, a big influence I tell you.
